I ate at an excellent restaurant for dinner. The location was exceptional, for example, a medieval stone bridge was at a medium distance from the hotel. It was set in a good area.

I was upgraded to clean double room with a good bathroom. The location was marvellous and unbeatable for walking around a medieval stone bridge: D

It was clean place, staff were enthusiastic and courteous, and I truly enjoyed my luxurious room. The breakfast was very good exactly as I hoped, with scrambled eggs, so many delicious options, cappuccino. The overall atmosphere was quiet, even so some staff members were very arrogant. The private parking was nearby, excellent service. They offered concierge service at no cost too.

The units are fantastic, fabulous with a comfy bed.

Thank you for a really great stay. The hotel is brilliant, cleanwith a lovely design. All the rooms are incredibly spacious with extra bed and the staff are enthusiastic! Location is favourable and amazing, close to all main attractions.

This hotel is a hidden gem nestled in a quiet street, making it the perfect base to explore the city. The staff are welcoming and go above and beyond with their personalized recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a jacuzzi bath tub in some. And let's not forget the breakfast - a delightful spread of handmade cakes and freshly made coffee, all included in the rate.

All was more than satisfactory, nothing to improve.
